2024 Audition Information 

WSO Audition Requirements
The Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra is holding auditions for contracted positions in the cello section (Assistant Principal) and Horn section (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). Please see the audition details/requirements document (pdf). We intend to fill our vacancies based on the quality of your playing in the two videos you submit. The Artistic Director reserves the right to ask any finalists to play a live audition in the event of a tie or desire to hear candidates in-person. Auditions are due by February 19, 2024 at 5 p.m.

Per Service Pay: Principals – $77.00 | Asst. Principals – $71.00 | Section  –  $63.00
Mileage (+Tolls) -$.655 (150 mile round trip/per day cap)
