How do I buy Tickets?
Tickets may be purchased online, by phone, 724-837-1850 or in person at 951 Old Salem Road during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The WSO also sells tickets at the Palace Theatre box office one hour before concerts.
Ticket Requirements
Each person entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for admission. All ticket sales are final. Patrons are responsible for reviewing all order details, including event selection, performance date, seating location, ticket quantity, and pricing, prior to completing a transaction.
Authorized Ticket Sales
The WSO uses CueBox software for tickets. We are the only site that sells WSO tickets. The WSO is not responsible for fraudulent, duplicate, counterfeit, lost, or invalid tickets purchased through unauthorized sources from websites such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, Tickets Center, TicketsSales, and “Box Office Ticket Sales” sites. Always purchase only from our website westmorelandsymphony.org or call 724-837-1850 to purchase directly by phone.
What is the Refund Policy?
Refunds can only be issued if a concert is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. If a concert is postponed or rescheduled, ticket buyers will not receive a refund but may use their original tickets for the new concert date or request a credit. The credit will be good for two (2) years following the postponed or rescheduled concert. Ticket buyers are welcome to donate the value of the tickets back to the WSO in either case.
The Palace Theatre’s Accessible Seating Policy
Although The Palace Theatre provides elevator access to the Loge and Balcony levels, wheelchair accessible (no fixed seat) seating or any accessible seating for limited mobility patrons is exclusively restricted to the Orchestra level (main floor). If a wheelchair/walker/scooter/crutches/other accommodation location is needed, please notify the ticket service representative at the time of purchase at 724-837-1850. Patrons may work with the Palace Theatre’s house manager on-site to resolve any seating issues.
May I Bring Children?
We warmly welcome families with children to our concerts at the Palace Theatre. While classical concerts are best suited for children over the age of six, we trust parents/ guardians to use their discretion. Performances like The Nutcracker and Home for the Holidays are designed for family entertainment, and younger children are welcome to join. If your child becomes restless or noisy, we kindly ask that you take advantage of the Megan Suite or lobby areas, so everyone can enjoy the concert to the fullest.

By purchasing tickets, patrons agree not to seek to evade or circumvent these policies through chargebacks, payment disputes, or similar claims when a refund or exchange is not permitted under these terms.
In the event of a disputed charge or chargeback, the WSO reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel affected tickets, suspend ticketing privileges, and refuse future transactions associated with the patron, payment method, billing information, or related accounts.
