Palace Accessibility Information: When ordering tickets, wheelchair seat locations (with no fixed seat) are available to patrons in wheelchairs who require this accommodation on the main floor only. Patrons with other mobility issues will be re-located to other accessible areas in the theatre with fixed seating.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LOGE AND BALCONY LEVELS (INCLUDING OPERA BOXES): Although The Palace Theatre provides elevator access to the Loge and Balcony levels, wheelchair accessible (no fixed seat) seating (or any accessible seating for limited mobility patrons) is exclusively restricted to the Orchestra level (main floor). If a wheelchair/walker/ scooter/crutches/ other accommodation location is needed, please notify the ticket service representative at the time of purchase at 724-837-1850. Patrons may work with the Palace Theatre’s house manager on-site to resolve any seating issues.
