Summer Sparklers: Salute to America’s 250th Free Concert July 5

The WSO presents Summer Sparklers, Salute to America’s 250^th on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg. The concert is free, and donations are accepted.

Conducted by Daniel Meyer, this free one-hour concert features a festive mix of patriotic favorites, movie music, Broadway classics, and our traditional grand finale, Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture.

In celebration of America’s 250th birthday, the program includes The Star-Spangled Banner, Armed Forces Salute, Stars and Stripes Forever, and Gould’s American Salute. Audiences will also enjoy music from Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story, and many other selections.
