The Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra and co-presenter, Seton Hill University announce that the Tribune Review 2017 Young Artists Competition Winners’ Recital took place on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Seton Hill University’s Performing Arts Center in downtown Greensburg.
