Spring Rhapsody
Join your fellow lovers of classical music and support your symphony at one of the Greensburg area’s most elegant events. Spring Rhapsody annually attracts a black-tie crowd for fine dining and the opportunity to bid – via silent and live auctions – on items ranging from fine furs to fabulous trips to sports memorabilia and show tickets. Proceeds help the WSO continue to provide our community the highest quality performances close to home. This year’s event will be held March 31, 2012. Invitations will be mailed soon. Hat Luncheon
See and be seen at this once-a-year event which helps support WSO efforts to enrich and entertain great music lovers. The Tribune-Review named the event “Tantalizing 12″ top event for 2011. The affair is noteworthy for its mimosas, photo ops, gift bags and, of course, each guest’s choice of millinery. There is normally a Tip of the Hat Award too, given to one of the symphony’s top volunteers. Mark your calendars for June 2, 2012 and don’t miss the Hat Luncheon!
