An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Saturday, repeating until April 8, 2017

Meets Saturday mornings 9:30-11:30 a.m.
January 28 – April 8. Spring concert will be held April 9 at 3 p.m. String students should be comfortable in first and third positions, have a solid knowledge of note values, dynamics, key signatures, and be able to play major scales up to 3 sharps and flats. Members should be taking privates lessons. Winds and brass are encouraged audition. For strings, an audition is optional, but doing so allows for better chair placement. At a minimum, we need recommendation from private teacher or band director. Equivalent of Suzuki books III-IV. Tuition is $135, second child $90.

Beethoven’s Ode to Joy

Beethoven’s exultant Ode to Joy closes out the WSO 2016-2017 Season.
