Summer Philharmonic Concert

The WSO Academy of Music’s Summer Philharmonic will present a free summer concert on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. at Seton Hill University’s Performing Arts Center, downtown Greensburg. The concert is free and open to the public. The concert, conducted by music director Morrie Brand, includes Rossini’s Overture to the Barber of Seville, the first movement of Mahler’s Symphony No 1, Slavonic Dance No. 3 in A flat by Dvorak, Henry Mancini Suite and Webber’s iconic Phantom of the Opera.

Beethoven’s Ode to Joy

Beethoven’s exultant Ode to Joy closes out the WSO 2016-2017 Season.
